Epson Officially Launches the New SureColor F20060 Industrial Dye-Sublimation Printer

Epson has officially introduced the new SureColor F20060 industrial dye-sublimation printer. This 76-inch wide-format professional device is primarily designed for high-volume, large-scale textile production scenarios.

As the successor to the SureColor F11060, the new SureColor F20060 is built upon Epson’s years of experience with mature industrial printing platforms. By upgrading and expanding the printhead hardware configuration, it achieves an ultra-high-speed printing capacity of up to 300 $m^2/h$. This marks a significant leap in production efficiency compared to the original model, providing a solid capacity foundation for large-scale textile factory manufacturing.

Shuhei Sato, Senior Product Manager of Professional Print Solutions at Epson Australia, stated that textile manufacturing enterprises are constantly pursuing higher production efficiency, consistent print quality, and reliable 24/7 operational performance. The SureColor F20060 inherits the core advantages of the classic F11060 platform while achieving a significant breakthrough in production performance. Its higher throughput perfectly matches the rigorous demands for order turnover speed in industrial production environments.

This new machine is equipped with eight PrecisionCore MicroTFP printheads, which significantly boost printing speeds while maintaining image output quality and operational stability. Its 300 $m^2/h$ high-speed performance is ideal for the industrial mass production of fashion apparel, professional sportswear, home furnishings, and soft signage. The device also supports an optional jumbo roll media system capable of carrying consumables weighing up to 300 kg. This effectively extends continuous printing duration, reduces the frequency of manual media changes, and minimizes equipment downtime, making it particularly suitable for high-volume textile production requiring long periods of uninterrupted operation.

To address common issues in high-speed production such as uneven image quality or color deviation, the SureColor F20060 features Epson Precision Dot Technology. By integrating advanced technologies like Halftone processing, LUT color optimization, and Micro-Weave, it achieves precise color restoration and smooth, natural gradients while effectively reducing banding defects, ensuring high-quality output even during high-speed mass production.

The device features a fully upgraded media handling system that makes the loading process simple and convenient. It is equipped with an advanced automatic tension control system to stabilize media feeding, and an integrated built-in dryer to minimize ink bleeding or transfer issues and reduce fabric wrinkling during production, ensuring stability and repeatability for every print. The body is equipped with a 9-inch LCD touch panel for an intuitive and simple user interface. Relying on integrated auto-adjustment technology with an RGB camera system, the device can adapt to various media types while maintaining consistent, stable color and image quality.

Regarding the ink supply system and maintenance, the SureColor F20060 utilizes a high-capacity ink configuration, offering options for 10-liter and 3-liter ink tanks. It supports hot-swapping, which minimizes interruptions during long-duration continuous printing. Furthermore, the printheads are user-replaceable, eliminating the need for professional on-site service, significantly reducing maintenance time and further improving overall operational efficiency.

As a new flagship model in Epson’s industrial textile printer lineup, the SureColor F20060 is expected to officially launch in late May 2026, starting with the Australian and New Zealand markets.
