News on March 12: The "2025 Humanoid Robot Market Research Report," recently co-released by Beijing CCID Publishing & Media Co., Ltd. and China Electronics News, shows that global humanoid robot shipments reached approximately 17,000 units in 2025, with a market scale of 2.88 billion yuan. The report indicates that China, relying on multiple advantages such as its supply chain, technology, and scene implementation, firmly stands as the world's largest power in the humanoid robot industry. There are over 140 complete machine enterprises, with shipments of 14,400 units—accounting for 84.7% of the global total—and a market scale of 1.55 billion yuan, representing 53.8% of the global share.

At the enterprise level, Chinese companies occupy the top six positions in global shipments. Among them, Unitree Robotics performed particularly outstandingly, with humanoid robot shipments exceeding 5,500 units in 2025, reaching a 32.4% global market share; both its shipment volume and market share rank first in the world. Agibot followed closely with shipments exceeding 4,000 units and a market share of 23.5%. Leju Robotics, Kepler Exploration Robot, and Songyan Dynamics each had shipments of about 1,000 units, each with a market share of 5.9%. UBTECH had shipments of about 600 units, with a market share of 3.5%. These six companies together account for 74.1% of the global shipment share.

Different from the development trend of Chinese enterprises characterized by large-scale mass production and multi-scene implementation, leading overseas enterprises currently still focus their development on technological breakthroughs and ecological synergy. They have not yet achieved large-scale mass production, and the humanoid robots they produce are mainly used for internal testing and verification. The report shows that as of the third quarter of 2025, the pilot production scale of Tesla's Optimus was less than 1,000 units. Figure AI, which had a valuation of nearly 280 billion yuan in 2025, had annual shipments of only about 150 units. Overseas enterprises stand in stark contrast to Chinese enterprises in terms of commercial mass production.
