The 2025 APPPEXPO Shanghai International Advertising & Signage Expo will open West, South, and North Entrance Halls of the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai).

For Overseas Professional Visitors (Including Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan)

1. Scan QR code at on-site signage for registration

2. Present valid travel documents* at service counter to:Collect RFID-enabled badge,Collect RFID-enabled badge,Obtain access code.

3. Scan code for venue entry

（*Pre-registered visitors can directly go to self-service machines or visitor service desk to collect visitor badges by presenting screenshot of successful registration page)

Complimentary shuttle buses operate at 2nd Floor Exhibition Halls to facilitate efficient transfers between exhibition zones.
